Delivery/ Pick -up (48 hours advance)

Food is delivered and set buffet style in disposable pans and serving utensils for you to serve your guests.

Catering or Tailgate Party

Our catering team will set up, serve, break down, and clean.

We can set up a tailgate party smoking on-site if you would like. Serve your guest a buffet-style meal customed for your guest.

On-Site Service

Here's some general info on how we cater:

We'll show up one hour before the event.
We'll set up one to two serving lines; the sides will be self-served.
The meat will be cut onsite and served by one of our employees.
We will serve for our allotted time and clean up our service area.
We do not bus tables, take the trash, and stay until the end to clean the venue.
